After BHS I graduated from CSM with the police officer standards and training certificates and worked at the police department there. Then I transferred to CSU Stanislaus and received a business management degree. After a year and a half of work, I started law school at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. I fell in love with the area, met my wife, got married and started a family. I have discovered lucky 13... 13th birthdays include my son (jan), me (feb), mother in law (may), and best man Todd Feldman (aug). Our wedding anniversary is November 13. I have been lifting weights now for more than 25 years. I played lots of softball after high school and have a couple of city championship trophies and am the current lawyers player-coach in our annual charity game against the Waco doctors. I took up bowling in college and have one ABC certified, league sanctioned 299 game in 1992 and then I promptly retired from bowling. I took up golf in 2004 and became addicted immediately. I'm still seeking that elusive hole-in-one. My best scores to date are breaking 90 three times (88, 87, 88).
My father passed away in June 2008 and after his funeral I returned to the BHS campus for the first time in at least 10-15 years. A lot has changed there!
For the last seven years I have lived "just down the road" from President Bush. We see lots of crazy aircraft flying around. In 2004 I got to be down the ballot from him when I ran for 74th District Court judge. I lost a close race to a 12 year incumbent, but I did get to meet lots of people. |

School Story: |

Mr. Morgan's art of the film and making Frisco Vice and some of our other "Torch Corporation" films. Mr. DeVos and his basketball and softball skills - seemed like he could sink 100% of his shots from half court and hit a home run right and left handed every time, even with that squishy softball we used back then. Ms. Alpers and her ability to motivate me and help me realize that I could succeed in sports. Mr. "Devo" Devincenzi because he kept class interesting. All my math and computer teachers because I had straight A's in math and computers from 7th grade all the way through college and the skills they taught me are still used every day. My English teachers, though I wish they put less emphasis on reading - I hated reading the assigned books and never read any of them - but I was always getting A's in writing and F's in reading, for an overall C grade LOL But my spelling and grammar skills are used every day now. Mr. Ness because during high school I thought I'd grow up to be a doctor - never thought I'd take a u-turn and become a lawyer! |
